Who we are
Praman Power was started in 2014 by Steve Zimmermann after fifteen years on commercial crews from Houston to Austin. The idea was simple — keep the company small enough that the owner is on every job, and refuse the work that wouldn't pass inspection.
Today we run two service trucks out of a small shop on Mountain Vista Drive. Steve handles design, permits and any service-entrance work. Our second journeyman, Reuben, leads the install crew. We do not subcontract. Every wire we pull, we own.
Most of our work comes from neighbors talking. If you're reading this page because someone on your street recommended us, that's the highest compliment we get.

Level 2 wall connectors for Tesla, Ford, Rivian and J1772 vehicles — sized to your panel and load calculation.
Certified Generac and Kohler installers. We size, install, transfer-switch and maintain standby systems.
Recessed LED retrofits, kitchen under-cabinet, landscape lighting and Lutron / Caséta scene programming.
Restaurant, retail and small-office build-outs across north central San Antonio with prompt city inspection coordination.
